Always a great stay!
We LOVE the Fern! This was our second stay and we will return. The location is nice, the home is perfect for our family, and is always clean and has everything we need.

Relaxation
It was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. The deck and screened in porch well supplied with comfy chairs and table. Huge refrigerator and freezer.
Just overall comfort and relaxation. Close to Berkley Springs for restaurants if you chose.
